Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Buyer to support procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for growth and continuous learning We are looking for a Junior Buyer to assume a strategic role, supporting procurement efficiency, cost reduction, and strengthening supplier relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers Issue and track purchase orders (follow-up) Analyze costs, delivery timelines, and commercial terms Develop and qualify new suppliers Monitor KPIs (price, lead time, SLA, savings) Support procurement planning Ensure compliance with internal policies Identify cost reduction opportunities **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields) Experience in strategic sourcing Knowledge of cost analysis, suppliers, and market dynamics Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency ERP and Power BI knowledge is a plus **Desired Competencies:** Strong communication and negotiation skills Organizational ability and sense of priority Analytical and proactive mindset Teamwork orientation Resilience and ability to perform under pressure **Benefits:** Medical and dental insurance Transportation allowance Life insurance Meal card Cleaning kit **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) contract Compensation: R$5.000,00 – R$6.414,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
