Job Summary: Act as the Quality Operations Focal Point, leading Quality initiatives during Go-live and manufacturing operations, and serving as the Technical Responsible Officer. Key Highlights: 1. It employs over 19,000 direct employees across more than 4,000 stores in 1\.780 Brazilian cities.* Join us in creating beauty! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the Quality Operations Focal Point at the Uberlândia \- MG unit, leading Quality initiatives during Go\-live and manufacturing operations. * Serve as Technical Responsible Officer (RT) before professional councils and represent the unit in external audits conducted by Health Surveillance (VISA). * Develop and maintain technical documentation based on RDC 48/2013 (ANVISA), Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices (GMP/GSP) standards. * Conduct internal audits and field inspections at factories, laboratories, and warehouses. * Identify risks, mitigate failures, and manage Change Control processes. * Establish and monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control). * Address requests and perform attribute/variable analyses on raw materials and products, based on NBR 5426\. * Deliver training to multidisciplinary teams. * Manage Non-Conformance workflows, ensuring traceability and effectiveness of corrective actions. * Ensure and train employees on operational procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related fields. * **Active CRQ\-MG or CRF\-MG registration with immediate availability to assume the Technical Responsibility role.** * **Solid experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the industrial sector (Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, or Food).** * Knowledge of RDC 48/2013, ISO 22716, ISO 17025, FSSC 22\.000, and other national and international Good Manufacturing Practice standards. * **Experience in Quality Control and Assurance, with industrial transformation activities involving industrial processes (preference for cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries).** * Experience with SAP, SE Suite, and Google Workspace. * Planning, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills. * **Willingness to travel and reside in Uberlândia/MG.** Desirable: * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt). * Knowledge of data tools at Data Studio, Locker, and GCP levels. * Experience in Maturity and Quality Culture projects. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We’ve already mentioned that Grupo Boticário is the **best** and **largest** beauty ecosystem, right?
