We seek someone with an owner mindset who can align client needs, user requirements, and technical team capabilities into a unified, clear, inspiring, and results-oriented product vision. **What You’ll Do:** * Act as the liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring every delivery has purpose, value, and alignment with the product vision; * Independently manage the backlog, prioritizing requests based on business value, technical effort, and strategic impact; * Define and monitor the roadmap, reviewing goals and metrics to guide decisions and maximize outcomes. Lead discovery, requirement elaboration, and translate client needs into clear, measurable, high-impact user stories; * Clearly document business rules to support development; * Work side-by-side with developers, QAs, UX/UI designers, Project Managers, and stakeholders, ensuring technical clarity and consistency in delivery; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies, maintaining focus on value, timelines, and quality; * Transform data and feedback into decisions that continuously improve the product; * Support the Project Manager in strategic client communications, transparently reporting progress and risks with analytical insight; * Inspire, mentor, and support other POs and analysts, sharing knowledge and proven product management practices. **What Youx Expects From You:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related Information Technology fields; * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles; * In-depth knowledge of methods, techniques, and processes applied in work execution; * In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Solid knowledge of backlog management and requirement prioritization techniques and tools; * Technical reading ability and understanding of integrations, APIs, and databases; * Intermediate knowledge of UX/UI and prototyping tools; * Solid knowledge of flow-mapping tools; * Solid knowledge of BPMN for workflow and process design; * Knowledge of geotechnology and spatial data; * Experience with complex products involving multiple modules and integrations; * People leadership and assertive communication; * Systems thinking, autonomy, and maturity in decision-making; * Willingness to travel. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, PSM, or similar; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics, or similar; * Prior experience in government, land registry, and/or environmental projects. **We Value Your Well-being at Youx!** * Health care: Medical plan, dental plan, telemedicine, and life insurance; * Flash personalized multi-benefits: Meal and food vouchers (VA/VR) to support your nutrition; * Rest is essential: Paid leave; * Celebrate your day: Birthday day off! * Stay active!
