Contribute to vegetation management and restoration. **Are you ready to join a team shaping a more sustainable future?** At **CLAM**, we are driven by a clear purpose: **to promote the balance between development and preservation, generating value for companies, people, and the planet.** For nearly 30 years, we have delivered intelligent environmental solutions that contribute to a more sustainable world—through innovation, ethics, and real impact. **We are looking for professionals who share our vision and are ready to make a difference.** **Location:** Belo Horizonte, MG **Work Format:** On-site **Daily Challenges You’ll Tackle:** * Conduct and validate field and office-based flora surveys and analyses, applying advanced methodologies and ensuring technical quality of results; * Perform detailed identification of plant species, including complex, rare, or threatened groups, based on technical literature and reference collections; * Prepare environmental diagnostics and technical flora reports, interpreting ecological and structural data of plant communities; * Carry out quantitative and qualitative flora analyses, interpreting metrics of diversity, similarity, and vegetation structure; * Provide technical input into vegetation management and restoration programs and plans, proposing appropriate methodologies and parameters for the study area; * Analyze and validate data consolidated by other professionals, ensuring methodological coherence and data integrity; * Serve as technical liaison with other specialties (fauna, physical environment, and socio-environmental), ensuring integration and consistency of environmental deliverables; * Draft technical opinions and documents related to flora, based on applicable environmental legislation and guidelines; * Support the technical team in resolving methodological questions; * Represent the flora area in technical meetings, clarifying scientific and methodological aspects. **What We Expect From You:** * Active registration with a professional regulatory council (CRBio, CREA, or equivalent); * Driver’s license, Category B; * Proficiency in botanical identification, environmental legislation, and flora analysis and monitoring methodologies; * Knowledge of geoprocessing, applied statistics, and environmental data interpretation; * Experience preparing technical environmental reports; * Field experience collecting data for environmental studies and projects; * Strong technical writing skills. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Botany, Plant Ecology, Environmental Management, or related fields. **Education Requirements:** * Biology, Forestry Engineering, Ecology, or related fields. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits That Care For You:** Medical assistance with 100% company-covered monthly fee for primary beneficiaries (co-payment applies upon use); Dental assistance for comprehensive care; Meal allowance of R$ 42.00 per business day; Transportation allowance without complications; Education assistance — per internal policy; Discounts at educational institutions and English courses; Partnerships with SESC; Life insurance for added peace of mind; Access to Wellhub (Gympass) for physical and mental health care.
