Collaborate with the team in restocking and organizing ### **About the position:** A Supermarket Packer is responsible for correctly packing products purchased by customers, ensuring their quality and integrity. Additionally, they must maintain workplace organization and cleanliness to provide a pleasant environment for customers and coworkers. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage; * Basic math knowledge for performing simple calculations regarding product quantity and weight; * Good communication skills and ability to interact with the public; * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions; * Agility and manual dexterity to pack products efficiently; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. ### **Responsibilities:** * Receive and verify products purchased by customers; * Pack products appropriately, following supermarket-established norms and procedures; * Keep the packing area clean and organized, ensuring product hygiene and safety; * Assist customers in carrying purchases to their vehicles, if necessary; * Perform simple calculations regarding product quantity and weight; * Collaborate with the team in restocking and organizing products on shelves; * Serve customers courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty; * Follow occupational safety and hygiene regulations, using appropriate protective equipment; * Perform other tasks related to the position, as required and directed by supervisors. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Performance-based bonuses for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partner organizations; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals. ### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
