Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of Developer Experience platforms (e.g., Backstage); * Migration of legacy architectures to Cloud Native. **Challenges** * Build and structure the SRE/Platform area, defining standards, processes, and best practices; * Serve as the technical reference in establishing the company’s platform foundation; * Exercise autonomy to explore, propose, and implement technical solutions aligned with business growth; * Build and evolve the platform supporting development teams; * Create abstractions and tools that simplify developers’ workflows; * Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets; * Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability in distributed systems; * Evolve observability from reactive to strategic, business-focused; * Automate infrastructure lifecycle management (GitOps, Crossplane); * Focus strongly on failure prevention (Chaos Engineering, load testing); * Promote engineering culture, resilience, and best practices.
