Job Summary: The CASHIER ASSISTANT is responsible for operating the cash register, scanning products, processing payments, completing purchases, and providing customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Full cash register operation, including opening and closing 2. Direct customer service and product registration 3. Maintaining workplace organization Job Description: CASHIER ASSISTANT Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off OR 12 hours on / 36 hours off Responsibilities: \- Perform daily cash register opening, conduct cash withdrawals according to departmental POP procedures, and ensure all opening operations are correctly completed; \- Scan products individually using barcodes without multiplying quantities; \- Select the payment method chosen by the customer (cash, Pix, debit card, credit card, or agreement), process the payment, and issue the fiscal invoice/receipt; \- Complete customer purchases by scanning items at the register; \- Close the cash register at the end of the shift, reconcile funds, sum up cash, card, Pix, debit, or check receipts, and record any shortage or surplus in the designated form; \- Offer mobile phone top-up services to customers, etc.; \- Keep the workplace clean and organized, maintaining tools and materials provided for task execution; \- Deliver high-quality customer service; Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \+ Cash handling allowance R$ 71,70 \*Benefits:\*Transportation voucher, Pharmacy benefit plan, Dental care plan, SESC and SENAC membership benefits, Education assistance, Gas voucher, Tangará Club partnership, Company-provided coffee.
