Customer service and workplace organization Job Description: CASHIER ASSISTANT Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off OR 12 hours on / 36 hours off Responsibilities: \- Daily cash register opening, performing cash withdrawals according to departmental POP (Standard Operating Procedure) and ensuring all opening procedures are correctly executed; \- Registering products individually via barcode without multiplication; \- Selecting the payment method chosen by the customer (cash, Pix, debit, credit card or agreement), completing the payment and issuing the invoice/receipt; \- Finalizing customer purchases by scanning items at the cash register; \- Performing end-of-shift cash register closing, including reconciliation, totaling cash, card, Pix, debit or check receipts, and recording any shortage or surplus in the designated form; \- Offering mobile phone top-up services to customers, etc.; \- Keeping the workplace clean and organized, maintaining tools and materials provided for task execution; \- Providing high-quality customer service; Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 \+ Cash handling allowance R$ 71,70 \*Benefits:\*Transportation voucher, Pharmacy benefit plan, Dental care plan, SESC and SENAC benefit plans, Education assistance, Gas voucher, Tangará Club partnership, Company coffee.
