Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we seek?** An agile and efficient individual. **Your typical day** * Responsible for providing user support via telephone, remote access, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of tickets—escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Providing technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and guiding and training users when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Preferred qualifications** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Information Security; * CITRIX knowledge **Working Hours** * ****07:00 to 19:00 (12x36 shift schedule) **NOTE:** Hey!
