Responsibilities and Duties Management of corporate mobile lines and equipment (registration, delivery, collection, responsibility agreements). Verification of invoices and fiscal notes for telecommunications services, software, and equipment. Monitoring of line usage and data traffic. Contract tracking. Purchase requests, requisitions, and budgeting for the department. Handling IT-related service desk tickets. Support in procurement workflows, material receipt, and ticket closure. Updating reports, spreadsheets, and internal controls. Requirements and Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365\. Experience with administrative/ERP systems (purchasing, invoices, requisitions). Basic knowledge of IT administrative processes. Desirable Requirements SAP knowledge (administrative module). Experience with Service Desk and incident management. Familiarity with telecom management and contract administration.
