Responsibilities: Provide customer service either in person or via digital channels; Clarify questions regarding bills, electricity consumption, power outages and reconnections, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
