Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance of BRL 31.34 per working day, dental plan, life insurance, attendance bonus of BRL 200, GYMPASS, and university partnership agreements. Job Description: We are seeking professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct customer support. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, focusing on excellence, courtesy, and agility in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance regarding electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide customer service either in person or via digital channels; Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bill issuance, and other services offered by CEMIG; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
