**Job Purpose** The Automotive Electrician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on Transmartins' fleet vehicles, conducting accurate diagnostics, repairs, and replacement of electrical and electronic components, ensuring vehicle safety, operational availability, and performance. ***All our positions are open to PWD (Persons with Disabilities).*** **Key Responsibilities** * Diagnose and maintain vehicle electrical and electronic systems (starting, charging, lighting, signaling, electronic fuel injection, instrument panels, and accessories). * Perform repairs and replacements of alternators, starter motors, wiring harnesses, relays, sensors, modules, and fuses. * Use electronic diagnostic equipment (automotive scanner, multimeter, ammeter). * Interpret electrical schematics, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals. * Install and maintain auxiliary systems (vehicle tracking devices, radios, cameras, alarms, additional lighting). * Conduct functional tests after repairs to ensure service quality. * Identify intermittent and recurring electrical faults, proposing definitive solutions. * Record performed services in work orders and technical reports. * Support preventive electrical inspections according to the maintenance plan. * Comply with technical standards, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations. * Maintain workplace organization per the 5S methodology. * Support the immediate supervisor in departmental routines. * Suggest improvements to electrical maintenance processes. * Participate in technical training and refresher courses. * Strictly adhere to company internal policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Technical education in electricity, electronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of automotive electrical systems. * Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in vehicles. * Familiarity with electrical measurement tools and equipment. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety. * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Pharmacy discount program; * Profit-sharing program; * Corporate university; * Birthday day off; * Partnerships with universities; * Pharmacy discount; * And much more!
