Execution of productive and quality-related activities Job Description Shift supervisor responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the production department. Supervise, train, prepare reports, document and record information, develop tools, execute and assist in productive and quality-related activities associated with the production of salted natural casings, covering all production operations under their responsibility—including sorting, grading, removal of fat and mucosa, measuring, salting, and product quality control. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00, with a 1-hour break.
