Join our family! **Job Summary** This professional will be responsible for managing potato supply for McCain Brasil, engaging in negotiations with producers, contract management, market intelligence, crop monitoring, and ensuring factory supply with competitive quality, volume, and cost. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the regional strategy for acquiring fresh potatoes to meet McCain Brasil’s supply requirements; * Manage the entire agricultural procurement process, including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, harvest planning, logistics, delivery, and payment process support; * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with producers, suppliers, and other stakeholders across the agricultural supply chain; * Continuously monitor contracted areas, tracking crop development, productive potential, quality, and risks, generating forecasts (forecast) for raw material volume and quality; * Collaborate cross-functionally with Research & Development, Planning, Quality, Warehousing, and Operations to contribute to the company’s agricultural planning; * Ensure compliance with internal processes, corporate policies, Code of Conduct, and food and personnel safety requirements. **Mandatory Requirements** Education: Agricultural Engineer, Agribusiness Management, or Agro-industrial Management; Experience in purchasing agricultural products and commodities; Experience in relationship management with producers and agricultural supply chains; Knowledge of ERP systems. **Preferred Requirements** Knowledge of HF (Fruits & Vegetables), particularly potatoes; Intermediate English proficiency; Experience with SAP and field management systems; Knowledge of negotiation and supply management. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
