Collect samples of raw materials, ingredients, intermediate products, and finished products; clean and sanitize materials and glassware following work instructions and procedures; complete checklists; verify documentation; and, when required, support simple and routine chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses in the area, working under supervision while maintaining controls and compliance with organizational standards and policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect samples of raw materials and products in process or finished goods for routine analyses, according to established instructions and procedures. * Support initiatives and actions for inventory and minimum stock level controls of materials, products, and items required to fulfill laboratory analysis plans, performing counts, verifying expiration dates, and checking available quantities. * Perform support tasks for the laboratory department, including preparing glassware, separating products, organizing and identifying samples and materials used. * Assist in maintaining proper usage conditions for materials and equipment in the area by cleaning, organizing, and correctly storing them. * Clean and maintain sanitized glassware, ensuring proper storage and organization. * Operate disposal of laboratory residual substances according to received instructions and occupational safety requirements. * Record the use/consumption of controlled products in specific forms, as per previously defined criteria and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Completed High School education Desirable: * Active CRQ (Regional Chemistry Council) registration * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Food Safety (HACCP) * Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) * NR 25: Industrial Waste * NR 20: Flammable Liquids * Quality awareness based on 5S methodology **Additional Information** Additional Information: **We take the well-being of Our People very seriously!
