End-to-end recruitment process management We are seeking a Human Resources Intern with a focus on recruitment and selection. The intern will directly engage in talent acquisition, ensuring agility and quality in filling our operational and administrative positions. If you want hands-on experience and wish to support the continuity of our logistics operations, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Screen resumes based on technical requirements and administer personality assessments. * Conduct candidate outreach and schedule interviews, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for managers. * Maintain talent databases and provide feedback and reports. * Assist with interview logistics and job posting dissemination. * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with supervision support. **Requirements:** **Minimum (Mandatory):** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Psychology or Human Resources (from the 7th semester onward). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Availability for in-person internship. **Desirable (Preferred):** * Prior experience in HR or administrative tasks. * Participation in academic projects related to people management. * Familiarity with AI tools. **Schedule:** * 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. **What We Offer:** * Internship stipend: R$ 1,000.00 * Transportation allowance in cash * Meal allowance (R$ 350.00) Payment: starting from R$1,000.00 per week Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: In-person
