Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and performance indicators; monitor deadlines and internal processes. Provide information to customers, suppliers, and colleagues; record requests and forward tasks. Assist with simple data entries, invoice verification, and document organization for accounting. Manage office supplies inventory, place purchase orders, and track deliveries. Preparation of reports and spreadsheets for performance indicator monitoring.
