Job Summary: Assist in extrusion operations, including coil changing, scrap collection, and machine feeding, while ensuring equipment integrity and adhering to specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in extrusion operations and preventive maintenance. 2. Handling and feeding of raw materials. 3. Ensuring the integrity of equipment and tools. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in extrusion operations, including coil changing, scrap collection, installing reserve tubes, monitoring the treatment process, and verifying film width and thickness according to instructions received. \- Assist in preventive maintenance activities. \- Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse for production purposes. \- Ensure the integrity and proper maintenance of parts, tools, machines, equipment, and company products. \- Verify raw material replenishment needs by consulting the Technical Data Sheet. \- Mix raw materials according to specifications outlined in the Technical Data Sheet. \- Feed extrusion machines with raw materials via automatic or manual feeding systems. Working Hours: 12x36 shift schedule Flexibility in working hours required.
