Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and supervising to prevent losses, protecting the company's assets, operating CCTV, and conducting preventive interventions. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and supervision to prevent losses and protect assets. 2. CCTV operation for analysis and handling of requests. 3. Preventive intervention for recovery of stolen products. • Monitor and supervise individuals exhibiting suspicious behavior related to theft or other offenses through scheduled patrols in designated areas, observing and inspecting to prevent losses and safeguard the company's assets. • Provide customer service upon request, assist with queues, remove security tags, and verify the integrity and functionality of antennas to ensure proper execution of processes. • Operate the store’s CCTV system by recording and monitoring atypical situations within the workplace environment to analyze needs and address requests. • Implement preventive measures to deter malicious actions, approach suspected thieves, and recover stolen products. • Maintain a clean and organized workplace by collecting shopping bags and hangers and delivering them to respective responsible areas. • Supervise internal services and third-party contractors by mapping high-risk areas and conducting inspections and observations to prevent losses. • Support store opening and closing procedures, monitor merchandise receipt, verify cash register balances, and conduct truck patrols to check for losses. • Perform other related duties as directed by superiors.
