**Our Purpose:**
Magna is a mutual property protection association focused on providing vehicle protection for cars and motorcycles. It consists of a group of people who unite to share the costs of potential incidents involving registered vehicles. If an association member experiences an incident, the costs are shared among all members according to the association’s established rules. Currently, Magna has multiple regional offices distributed across the states of Minas Gerais, Goiás, and São Paulo, in addition to its headquarters in Uberlândia\-MG. With over 13 years of operation, Magna serves tens of thousands of members nationwide.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct sales both in person and by phone to expand the membership base;
* Maintain continuous relationships and provide support to members both in person and by phone;
* Be responsible for initiating claims, conducting on-site inspections at the company’s address, and performing daily cash reconciliation;
* Update and control financial records, including bill payments and maintenance of member registration data, as well as supporting the finance department by sending invoices, receipts, and other office-related documentation;
* Carry out collection and negotiation activities (by phone) with active and inactive members;
* Contribute to expanding and retaining the membership portfolio, aiming to reduce the cancellation rate (churn);
* Submit documents to the legal department within requested deadlines;
* Ensure CRM system data is up-to-date and accurate to support relationship strategies and membership growth.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education; preferred qualifications include technical or undergraduate degrees in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields.
* Experience in sales and customer service, emphasizing quality and efficiency;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to argue persuasively;
* Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving goals and performance targets;
* General knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
* Proficiency with technology and digital tools (spreadsheets, CRM, email/digital distribution platforms).
