Customer relationship We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to fill a permanent position in Uberlândia \- MG **Responsibilities** Supervision and execution of activities with the following responsibilities/demands (applicable to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push and Pull operations): * Manage all vehicle and equipment management activities at the unit; * Ensure compliance of operational resources (drivers, vehicles, and equipment); * Ensure availability, maintenance (preventive and corrective), and preservation of company vehicles/equipment; * Administer revenues and costs related to fleet management and documentation; * Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers compatible with company and customer requirements; * Monitor behavioral and technical indicators related to vehicle and equipment maintenance and drivability; * Customer relationship; * Ensure team motivation, training, and development of the fleet team; **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (mandatory) * Leadership experience of 1–2 years (preferred) * Experience in logistics/transportation sector (preferred) * Driver’s license category B or AB (mandatory) * Microsoft Office suite proficiency (mandatory) * Flexible working hours \* **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$30.00 per workday * Health insurance (Plamedh) * Dental insurance (Uniodonto) * TotalPass (gym membership) * Transportation allowance Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: starting from R$3\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
