We are confident that, day after day, we are building the future we envision — a future embodied in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **\#GreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Field management and documentary management of construction projects; * Provide technical guidance on life preservation and physical integrity procedures for all company employees, implementing mitigation/prevention measures against occupational accidents and diseases. * Ensure guidance on all applicable legal requirements related to company processes, generating supporting evidence for their implementation. Monitor updates to current legislation specific to locations where projects are carried out. * Develop, evaluate, and revise supporting tools for optimal operation of the SSMA Management System by implementing all operational and managerial tools comprising it. * Support sustainability initiatives by understanding key items from the LV \- Environmental Policy and the Company’s Certifications and Programs. * Support budget management for the procurement and distribution of PPE, verifying equipment effectiveness, durability, and usage methods. * Act as a multiplier for area-specific capacity-building training to enhance the technical knowledge of other team members. * Accident analysis and investigation techniques; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Registration with the Ministry of Labor (M.T.E); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Experience in the civil construction sector; **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * **Meals:** Flexible Meal Allowance (VR); * **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and dental plan; * **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; * **Discounts with partner companies:** Allya; * **Work modality:** 100% in-person; More than homes, we aim to build solutions.
