We are seeking an **Industrial Boiler-Making Manager** to join our **EAB** team in **Lagoa da Prata-MG!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Lead and supervise the team in maintenance and construction activities in boiler-making; * Plan scheduled activities, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety; * Monitor and track the execution of planned work orders; * Ensure application and supervision of safety standards (SSMA), developing the team’s critical awareness; * Promote a collaborative work environment focused on development and performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Technical education in Maintenance, Boiler-Making, or related field; * Welding and Level 1 Inspection Technician certification preferred; * Experience in boiler-making and maintenance; * Proven experience in boiler-making and welding; * Availability to work on a 5x1 shift schedule, rotating among morning, afternoon, or night shifts; * Residence in Lagoa da Prata, Japaraíba, or Arcos. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion about day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
