Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor daily performance of solar power plants, ensuring efficient system operation. * Supervise implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Lead and coordinate technical operation and maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are performed with quality and safety. * Plan and organize preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. * Ensure availability of materials and equipment required to perform services. * Guarantee all activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations. * Implement and supervise occupational safety practices. * Analyze solar system performance data, identifying and correcting deviations. * Use monitoring and analysis systems to optimize energy production. * Maintain detailed records of operation and maintenance activities. * Prepare periodic reports on plant performance, identifying improvement opportunities. * Communicate with project managers, suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure projects are executed as planned. * Participate in performance review and strategic planning meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
