




Job Summary: Administrative assistant for warranty control, documentation, and organization of processes related to machines and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative activities for warranty control 2. Maintenance and organization of documentation and files 3. Liaison with commercial and technical departments **Responsibilities:** Perform administrative activities related to warranty process control, issuing service orders for technical delivery inspections, maintaining updated and properly archived documentation for future reference and verification. **Duties:** * Document all information regarding received machines and equipment, proceeding with the warranty process. * Affix warranty labels on new products in visible locations and identify the box containing the machine parts kit, sealing\-it and storing\-it. * Keep the spreadsheet and file of machines under warranty updated to facilitate tracking of such machines and pending inspections. * Receive the machine sales invoice from the commercial department and proceed with the technical delivery process. * Deliver the service order and delivery inspection checklist, along with product warranty documents, to the technical delivery responsible person to obtain the customer's signature. * Forward the customer\-signed Product Warranty Registration to the factory upon completion of the machine delivery. * Provide the technical team with the service order and mandatory dealership inspection checklist to perform the required service, obtaining the customer\'s signature upon completion. * Verify the accuracy of information recorded by the technical team on the service order after the mandatory machine inspection, archiving the entire process. Label all parts subjected to the warranty process in accordance with the Recall Center Manual, registering photos for archival and verification purposes. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in high school and/or undergraduate studies in Administration; * Availability to work from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills and organizational sense
