That’s how we create a place where you feel valued and motivated to grow alongside us, living a journey of achievements that goes beyond results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the execution of activities within the Architect Relationship Program. * Contact professionals to schedule visits, send materials, and follow up on requests. * Assist during architect visits by presenting products, clarifying basic questions, and supporting post-sales when necessary. * Support the organization and execution of events (lectures, cocktail parties, congresses, coffee meetings, and promotional actions). * Update architect records and keep CRM or control spreadsheets always organized. * Monitor sales reports and support data collection and performance indicators. * Support relationship-building initiatives such as sending gifts and sending greetings for special occasions (birthdays, weddings, pregnancies, etc.). * Assist in preparing training sessions and support materials for sales staff and partner professionals. * Conduct proactive prospecting of new architects (initial contact and qualification). * Monitor market information and competitor activities, reporting to management. * Uphold sound commercial practices and service quality delivered to partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. * Prior experience in event organization, marketing, customer or supplier relationship management—preferably in architecture or design sectors. * Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI; proficiency in online communication tools and social media management; experience with marketing campaigns and loyalty strategies. **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental insurance: available from day one; * Meal allowance card; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health support; * Annual bonus (starting after two full years with the company); * Scholarship program for your professional development.
