**Job Opening for Sushi Assistant** **Location:** Buritis, Santa Efigênia and Santa Amélia – Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Schedule:** 12x36 shift from 10:45 AM to 10:45 PM; or 6x1 shift from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, with one weekly day off and one Sunday per month. **Starting Salary:** BRL 1.621,00, subject to adjustment after the probationary period. **Main Responsibilities:** Pre\-prepare food (thawing, seasoning, marinating, cooking, among others); Assist in plating dishes and restocking buffet items; Process food (cutting, chopping, slicing, grinding); Set up the workstation (""mise\-en\-place""), organizing ingredients and utensils; Check food quality and expiration dates; Minimize contamination risks by adhering to hygiene standards; Prepare and sanitize the workplace and tools; Organize workflow and control waste. **Requirements:** Prior experience handling food is desirable; Knowledge of good food handling practices; Proactive, agile, responsible profile with strong teamwork orientation; Interest in developing gastronomy skills; Commitment and discipline; Ability to follow procedures and operational routines. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; Meals provided at the company; Monthly attendance and punctuality bonus; Career development plan.
