It offers services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Perform the role of Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies and ensuring process flow. Remove impediments and encourage team self\-organization. Execute resolution of quality issues in the field, from root cause identification to implementation of corrective actions and post\-sales follow-up. Break down and prioritize quality demands related to electrical and electronic components. Support the implementation of the Quality Management System and monitor performance indicators. Promote collaboration among technical teams and other departments involved in projects. Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
