ACT Digital is a company specialized in digital solutions and technology, offering services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Perform the role of Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies and ensuring process fluidity. Remove impediments and foster team self\-organization. Execute field quality problem resolution, from root cause identification through corrective action implementation and post\-sales follow\-up. Categorize and prioritize quality demands related to electrical and electronic components. Support the implementation of the Quality Management System and monitor performance indicators. Promote collaboration among technical teams and other departments involved in projects. Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
