Occupational Safety Technician

3Geo operates in the field of geotechnics, with a focus on geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring. We provide consulting services, sell, install, and manage structural monitoring instruments. Additionally, we perform drilling services for instrument installation. We work with both conventional and automated instruments and operate across various types of construction projects, including dam decommissioning projects. Your responsibilities will include: Familiarize yourself with and comply with SSMA legislation and NRs (1 to 38\) Proactively promote employee health and safety Deliver training sessions and train company teams Participate in lectures, campaigns, and quality-of-life initiatives Comply with SSMA processes and procedures Identify risks related to occupational diseases, accidents, and the environment Develop and monitor accident prevention and control programs Implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks Request and manage purchases of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) Reduce waste of PPE and office supplies Mobilize employees in contractor systems for site access Meet departmental goals, priorities, and requirements Perform administrative routines and field activities Record and monitor incidents and near-misses, including action plans Ensure quality, confidentiality, and compliance with LGPD Safeguard materials, equipment, and resources under your responsibility Work in accordance with safety standards and proper use of PPE Attend in-person and online meetings, lectures, and training sessions Monitor internal corporate communication channels Develop occupational safety and health (OSH) policies and improvements Develop and conduct SSMA training programs and plans Participate in audits, assessments, and corrective actions Request, monitor, and evaluate the Annual Occupational Health Program (PCMSO) and the Risk Assessment Program (PGR) Mobilize vehicles, machinery, and equipment in contractor systems Perform related tasks as requested by leadership What we are looking for: * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Proficiency in SSMA legislation; * Prior experience as an Occupational Safety Technician. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License: Category B Willingness to travel
