Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Hyperflow | Uberlândia | MG | Hybrid, Remote Job Description The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for accelerating Hyperflow platform adoption from the client's first interaction with the product, leading chatbot, automation, and integration implementation projects for clients, and ensuring delivery of effective, high-quality solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities and Duties * Collaborate closely with clients to understand the objectives for which the product was contracted, map business processes and workflows, and implement chatbot, automation, and integration solutions to ensure those objectives are met; * Proactively engage—not only executing client requests but also identifying their true needs and proposing optimal solutions; * Design workflows and support the workflow development team to ensure projects are delivered according to expected value, quality, timeline, and effort; * Document and formalize each delivery phase with appropriate records for tracking; * Participate in solution presentation meetings with clients and ensure alignment with their expectations and needs; * Provide ongoing training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions; * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Process mapping skills are desirable; * Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable; * Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Node.js is desirable; * Knowledge of APIs and integrations in general is desirable; * Experience with chatbot products and iPaaS platforms is desirable; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
