**JOB OPENING FOR DIRECT TAX SPECIALIST** **Location:** Santo Agostinho, Belo Horizonte – MG **Responsibilities:** * Lead high-complexity tax projects and serve as a strategic consulting reference; * Perform final calculation and validation of IRPJ and CSLL (Real Profit and Presumed Profit), ensuring proper control of LALUR and LACS; * Monitor relevant tax positions (STF, STJ, and administrative sphere), assessing opportunities, risks, and business applicability; * Oversee tax litigation (judicial and administrative), aligning with the company’s planning and managing the Fiscal Risk Matrix; * Calculate and account for deferred taxes (assets and liabilities) in accordance with CPC 32 / IAS 12; * Develop and maintain technical relationships with external consultants, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders; * Support management in disseminating tax knowledge to partner departments, facilitating understanding of impacts and strategic guidance; * Continuously update expertise on tax topics by participating in committees, workshops, and relevant conferences, and sharing knowledge with management and the tax department; * Handle external audits and tax inspections, substantiating technical positions on direct taxes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or Economics; * Active professional registration; * Specialization: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Tax Management, Tax Law, Tax Accounting, or Controllership and Auditing; * Relevant work experience. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. **Salary:** To be negotiated. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (R$ 26.00), Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Pharmacy Benefit Program, Club Membership Benefit, University Tuition Benefit, Gympass.
