Join us in solving your challenges! **Commercial Advisor** **Responsibilities:** * Work in the Commercial area, specifically in preparing proposals; * Input proposals into the system; * Prepare standalone budgets; * Schedule preliminary meetings and integration sessions; * Prospect and qualify leads using a consultative and strategic approach; * Attend to leads and clients via phone, WhatsApp, and in person; * Manage commercial processes (e.g., scheduling meetings, sending proposals/budgets); * Participate in strategic corporate events. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in consultative sales, preferably B2B; * Experience with CRM systems (RD Station preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with CRM—sales pipeline stages is desirable; * Knowledge of accounting, tax, or corporate services is a plus. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Gympass; * TEM Saúde—Health Assistance for Family Members; * PASS Support—Psychological, Legal, Financial, Social, and Nutritional Support; * Educational Subsidy; * Employee Association; * Corporate University. **Working Hours:** Commercial schedule, Monday through Friday.
