Manages and guides workflow organization in the body shop, guaranteeing quality and on-time delivery. Maintains constant communication with customers to update them on repair progress and records all information in the dealership's system. Also responsible for meeting performance indicators, resolving internal pending issues, supporting the technical team, and delivering prompt, transparent, and excellent service to foster customer loyalty and delight.
