About the Position: We are looking for a Mid-Level Lawyer to join our team and actively contribute to developing legal arguments, managing cases, engaging with clients, and expanding our practice across diverse legal fields. Responsibilities: Handle judicial and administrative proceedings in tax, corporate, civil, and labor law; Draft legal petitions, contracts, legal opinions, and strategic procedural documents; Participate in hearings and oral arguments, as required; Provide legal counseling and client service focused on practical and effective solutions; Assist in identifying new client needs and contribute to the firm’s growth; Support internal team tasks with a collaborative spirit and technical excellence. Requirements: Law degree with active OAB registration; Proven experience as a lawyer (minimum one year of legal practice); Experience in Tax, Corporate, Labor, or Civil Law (experience in Fiscal Enforcement proceedings is a plus); Exceptional legal writing and argumentation skills; Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial mindset; Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain strong interpersonal relationships; Proficiency in deadline management, digital legal processes, and legal tools.
