Paleontologist \| Tetra Mais Environmental Consulting **Tetra Mais Environmental Consulting** is expanding its Implementation team and seeking a **Paleontologist 2** to work on monitoring and safeguarding projects for paleontological heritage. If you have field experience, technical autonomy, and are looking for a challenge on large-scale projects, we want to meet you! ? Key Responsibilities * Develop and submit projects to obtain authorization orders from the **ANM** (National Mining Agency). * Conduct monitoring and rescue operations in construction-affected areas with high fossil potential. * Perform sorting, laboratory analyses, and safeguard samples until delivery to the receiving institution. * Prepare monthly and technical reports for licensing agencies. * Organize and conduct **Heritage Education** workshops for site personnel. * Complete daily service control forms via mobile application. ? Mandatory Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or specialization in Paleontology (or related fields with documented specialization). * **Experience:** Solid hands-on experience in paleontological monitoring and rescue. * **Skills:** Off-road driving capability (**4x4**). * **Equipment:** Personal equipment required for field activities (smartphone for data collection, digital camera, GPS, and laptop). * **Mobility:** Full availability for frequent travel and relocation, aligned with construction site progress.
