




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating scaffold assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and usage activities, ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in assembly and maintenance of tubular structures **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating scaffold assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and usage activities at construction sites and other locations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Performs, if required, all tasks assigned to REMA TIP TOP Scaffold Assemblers. · Conducts regular inspections to identify damage, wear, or safety issues on scaffolds, coordinating necessary maintenance actions; · Guides scaffold assembly and disassembly activities, assigning and monitoring subordinate tasks from physical installation through site removal; · Instructs scaffold assemblers on applicable procedures and standards, providing technical guidance to ensure adherence to schedules and specifications outlined in drawings, work orders, or other documents. · Applies measurement tools and instruments, technical drawing, conservation methods, and assembly techniques for tubular structures used in scaffolding and shoring; · Collaborates, within the scope of their role and responsibilities, to implement REMA TIP TOP’s Quality, Occupational Health and Safety policies, and to continuously improve performance in quality, safety, and health within their area and the company. · Monitors and verifies daily task scheduling against planning and supervision requirements. · Participates in hazard identification and occupational health and safety risk assessments relevant to their area and activities. · Understands their role and responsibilities in maintaining quality and safety within their area and the company. · Ensures accuracy, organization, and preservation of documentation and records specific to their area and activities. · Knows and complies with administrative and operational quality, safety, and health procedures specific to their area and activities. · Participates in developing and improving operational safety and health procedures and instructions relevant to their area and activities when requested. · Ensures proper maintenance and consistent, correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), both for themselves and their colleagues. · Attends scheduled periodic medical examinations or functional change examinations. · Immediately reports and records any observed quality, safety, or occupational health incident or non-conformance in their area or elsewhere in the company to their supervisor and to the Occupational Health and Safety Department (SESMT). · Participates, whenever applicable or requested, in investigations of quality or occupational health and safety non-conformances and incidents identified in their area or activities. · Submits suggestions, whenever deemed appropriate, for improving quality, safety, health procedures and processes, and safety conditions. · Maintains close relationships and effective communication with clients. · Keeps the service execution site clean and organized, consistently reminding the team about the 5S principles. · Is proficient in performing all tasks assigned to Scaffold Assemblers. · Is skilled in handling all tools used in scaffold assembly activities.
