Across all these sectors, we deliver efficient, customized solutions grounded in long-term commitments to both public and private enterprises. **Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco** We are seeking a **Civil Engineer** to develop civil engineering designs, manage construction projects, control quality of developments, and coordinate operation and maintenance activities—ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, technical standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform technical supervision of civil engineering construction projects and services, ensuring compliance with as-built drawings, technical standards, and contractual requirements * Monitor on-site physical execution of services, verifying quality, productivity, construction methods, and conformity with the contracted scope * Supervise physical and financial schedule compliance, identifying deviations in time, cost, or quality, and proposing corrective actions * Review and validate measurements of completed work, measurement reports, physical progress reports, and associated technical documentation * Verify compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations, guiding teams and ensuring adherence to legal and internal procedures * Monitor and supervise work performed by contractors and suppliers, ensuring conformity with technical and contractual standards * Record incidents, deviations, and non-conformities, tracking implementation of corrective actions * Prepare and/or validate technical reports, expert opinions, supervision records, and site checklists * Support contract management regarding technical aspects, schedules, measurements, and quality control * Ensure correct application of designs, technical specifications, descriptive memoranda, and applicable standards * Contribute to achieving project quality, schedule, cost, and safety targets * Perform other duties related to the role, as directed by immediate leadership **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering * Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy) * Minimum experience in construction or civil engineering service supervision * Field experience monitoring construction execution * Proficiency in reading and interpreting as-built drawings, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications * Experience in quality control, schedule management, and service measurement
