Job Summary: Lead teams of scaffolding erectors, supervise work activities, assemble and dismantle scaffolding, control measurements, conduct risk analyses, and substitute for the foreman. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and supervision of scaffolding erectors 2. Performing scaffolding assembly and disassembly 3. Responsibility for measurement control and risk analysis ✓ Guide and assign scaffolding erector teams according to supervised tasks and provide necessary guidance; ✓ Assemble and dismantle scaffolding under any conditions; ✓ Lead your team operationally; ✓ Control service measurement; ✓ Perform task execution procedures and their risk analysis; ✓ Substitute for the scaffolding foreman during vacation or other necessary absences.
