Our mission is to combine design and functionality with electronics, smartphones, gadgets, and accessories—integrating innovation and technology into people's daily lives. **Responsibilities** * In-person and digital customer service, adhering to brand standards; * Conducting sales and achieving targets; * Organizing and maintaining store visual presentation; * Identifying sales opportunities; * Monitoring performance indicators; * Participation in training and updates. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Retail sales experience; * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Focus on goals and results; * Affinity with technology is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 1\.758,00 or 4% commission on sales (whichever is higher); * Monthly bonus of up to R$ 1\.000,00; * Store PA recognition award: R$ 700,00; * Bonus for exceeding targets (no earnings cap); * Meal allowance: R$ 16.50 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Uniloft training platform; * Brand product discounts; * Potential monthly earnings exceeding R$ 3\.000,00. **Position Information** * Employment type: CLT * Weekly working hours: 44 * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Full-time Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
