Job Summary: Professional to lead SSMA teams and projects, develop the team, prepare reports, manage indicators, and interface with various stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Indicator and preventive action management **Job Description:** ---------------------- Main Responsibilities: Act as a leader for SSMA and contractor teams, focusing on projects and implementation fronts; Develop the SSMA professional team to meet contractual requirements; Prepare monthly reports and dashboards with SSMA indicators; Interface with third-party companies, engineering teams, and management; Participate in Safety Design reviews for projects; Lead and/or participate in incident and accident investigations; Facilitate interpretation of corporate process safety requirements applicable to projects; Monitor progress in closing audit actions, process risk analyses, compliance plans, and assessments; Manage SSMA indicators, analyze data, and propose preventive actions; And other duties related to the SSMA area. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering (active registration with CREA); Proven experience in industrial environments and/or large-scale projects; Solid knowledge of occupational safety regulations and management systems; Project management and people management; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Driver's license category B. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Basic English; Familiarity with MOC (Management of Change); Microsoft Power BI. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Salary negotiable; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Unimed Health Plan; Dental plan; Life insurance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- GAP GESTAO AMBIENTAL E PROJETOS LTDA
