Our mission is to integrate design and functionality into electronics, smartphones, gadgets, and accessories—merging innovation and technology into people's daily lives. **Responsibilities** * In-person and digital customer service, following brand standards; * Sales execution and achievement of targets; * Store visual organization and maintenance; * Identification of sales opportunities; * Monitoring of performance indicators; * Participation in training sessions and updates. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Retail sales experience; * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Focus on goals and results; * Affinity with technology is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 1,758.00 or 4% commission on sales (whichever is higher); * Monthly bonus of up to R$ 1,000.00; * Store PA Recognition Bonus: R$ 700.00; * Bonus for exceeding targets (no earnings cap); * Meal allowance: R$ 16.50 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Uniloft training platform; * Brand product discount; **Position Information** * CLT employment regime * 44-hour weekly work schedule * Rotating shift (6 days on, 1 day off) * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Full-time Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
