Perform cleaning and cafeteria duties **JOB OPENING: CLEANING TEAM LEADER – IMMEDIATE START** We are seeking a committed, organized professional with leadership potential to work as a **Cleaning Team Leader**. **Work Location:** BR\-381, 1575 \- Bandeirantes, Contagem \- MG, 32240\-090 \- Gerdau commercial **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 06:00 to 14:20 **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the cleaning team (2 team members) * Monitor and assign departmental tasks * Ensure workplace organization and cleaning quality * Perform cleaning tasks alongside the team * Carry out cafeteria duties (coffee preparation, space organization and cleaning) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: R$ 1\.772,81 * Leadership allowance: R$ 212,74 * Cafeteria duty allowance: R$ 212,74 * Meal voucher: R$ 31,33 per working day * Attendance bonus: R$ 200,00 (with no absences or medical certificates) * Dental plan * Life insurance * Gympass **Total gross monthly income (salary \+ allowances): R$ 2\.198,29** **✅ Requirements:** * Experience in cleaning * Prior experience leading a team is a plus * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity **Immediate start!** Interested?
