Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the development and conversion of opportunities, working consultatively in corporate insurance and agribusiness. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative engagement with corporate and agribusiness clients We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the development and conversion of opportunities originating from Group GCI companies. This professional will be responsible for transforming qualified leads into structured business deals, as well as fostering cross-selling strategies among group companies. This is a strategic position with strong institutional interface and consultative engagement, focused on corporate insurance, large risks, and agribusiness solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, qualify, and develop leads originating from Group GCI companies. * Lead the full commercial process: diagnosis, solution structuring, negotiation, and closing. * Engage consultatively with corporate and agribusiness clients. * Promote and structure cross-selling initiatives across group companies. * Maintain active relationships with executives and leadership teams of other Group GCI companies. * Develop a structured commercial pipeline with revenue predictability. * Collaborate with technical and operational areas to ensure delivery excellence. * Identify strategic portfolio expansion opportunities within the group. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in insurance. * Consultative and strategic profile. * Negotiation skills. * Driver's license category B. * Ability to navigate across different companies and stakeholders. * Willingness to travel. * Commercial organization and discipline (sales funnel management, targets, and KPIs). * (Preferred) Experience in corporate insurance, large risks, or agribusiness. * (Preferred) SUSEP certification. **Additional Information**##### **Born from agribusiness, we at Ceres Investimentos relentlessly pursue integrated solutions for the agribusiness sector.
