**What We Are Looking For:**
A professional capable of performing and overseeing equipment maintenance and assembly, providing support to cooperative members and technical consultants, with the aim of ensuring the reliability of services delivered and expanding the company’s business.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Here:**
Support equipment maintenance by receiving service requests, aiming to repair mechanical and electronic damages arising from natural wear or operational failures;
Assemble new precision agriculture equipment by visiting branches and cooperative members’ farms to meet stated needs and complete installation of purchased equipment;
Assess field equipment requirements by visiting cooperative members and gaining a systemic understanding of ongoing activities, thereby contributing to sales growth and revenue generation;
Conduct travel using cooperative vehicles to support cooperative members in remote regions;
Generate real-time reports using appropriate tools to maintain a historical record of service interactions;
Provide telephone support, evaluating reported needs to propose suitable solutions.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Have:**
Completed high school education or a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
Willingness and availability to travel;
Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering fields.
