Our commitment is to deliver projects with quality, punctuality, and integrity—always aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in performing construction, repair, and maintenance tasks on construction sites under the supervision of the responsible foreman. * Prepare and organize required materials for work, such as reinforcing bars, wooden components, sand, cement, bricks, etc. * Clean and organize the worksite, ensuring safety and order. * Assist in assembling and dismantling formwork, metal structures, and scaffolding as needed. * Load and unload construction materials, and transport them to designated work areas; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations during work by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with the work team to promote a collaborative and efficient working environment. **Requirements:** * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions efficiently. * Commitment to deadlines and to the quality of delivered services. * Good physical fitness and stamina for manual and physically demanding tasks. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided at the company; * Life insurance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Basic food basket awarded based on attendance.
