Responsible for shift scheduling and staff substitutions Job Description: **Prior experience required.** Responsibilities: Guide, monitor, and resolve issues related to the perishables department (frozen and dairy products); Monitor production processes for private-label products; Serve the public; Manage departmental shift scheduling, arrange substitutions as needed, execute checklists, and fulfill all requests from supervision and commercial departments; Manage department staff and handle department-related matters. Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sundays off).
