Room service and event organization Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient food and beverage service to guests and customers in restaurants, bars, events, and room service, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. * Key Responsibilities: * Serve customers in the restaurant, bar, or at events, presenting the menu and clarifying questions. * Record and relay orders to the kitchen and bar via system or manual order slips. * Serve food and beverages while adhering to hygiene and presentation standards. * Provide room service upon request. * Set up, organize, and clean tables before and after service. * Assist in organizing events and coffee breaks. * Monitor table consumption and issue order slips or bills for checkout. * Collect utensils and maintain dining area cleanliness. * Report any non-standard incidents or customer complaints to the immediate supervisor. * Collaborate with kitchen, pantry, and front desk departments as needed
