Your main responsibilities will be: * Continuously monitor costs throughout all construction phases to ensure the project remains within budget; * Prepare cash flow and cost forecasts to support the project's financial planning; * Conduct financial analyses to assess project feasibility and propose cost-reduction solutions when necessary; * Identify and analyze cost deviations from the planned budget, taking corrective action to resolve discrepancies and avoid waste; * Develop cost control reports highlighting deviations and proposing corrective actions; * Perform quantity take-offs for materials and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements; * Prepare detailed cost estimates for new services and scope changes, ensuring clear financial visibility for decision-making; * Evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals, comparing costs against the original budget; * Monitor service measurements and approve supplier and subcontractor invoicing according to project progress; * Ensure measurement compliance with the budget and milestones defined in the physical-financial schedule; * Prepare management reports tracking cost evolution and financial indicators, supporting strategic decision-making; * Present cost comparison reports (planned vs. actual), highlighting the financial impact of any deviations; * Collaborate with engineering, planning, and procurement teams to align financial and operational objectives.
