The food court waiter at shopping malls focuses on **speed and high turnover**, responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving meals, quickly cleaning tables, and processing payments. Due to the busy environment, the waiter must be agile, organized, proactive, and maintain sector hygiene. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service and Sales:** Greet customers, present the menu, make suggestions, and accurately take orders. * **Table Service:** Serve dishes and beverages, ensuring speed and verifying orders before delivery. * **Organization and Cleaning (Mise en Place):** Prepare the dining area, clean and organize tables immediately after use. * **Coordination:** Manage the flow between kitchen and dining area, especially during peak hours. * **Payments:** Process bills and payments upon completion of consumption. **Essential Skills:** * Agility and quick thinking. * Friendliness and good communication. * Ability to work under pressure (high volume).
